Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services offered by FYNiX, including but not limited to Golden Visa services, Business Setup, Real Estate advisory, Holiday Homes, Banking Assistance, PRO services, documentation, and related consultancy.
General Policy
- All consultations, advisory sessions, assessments, and professional services are non-refundable once delivered or initiated.
- Any request for cancellation or refund before submission of an application or initiation of a Government or third-party process may be considered at the sole discretion of FYNiX, after deducting charges for work already completed.
- Once any application, request, or process has been submitted to a Government authority, Free Zone, bank, developer, or third party, all service fees become non-refundable.
- All Government fees, licensing charges, authority payments, and third-party costs (including but not limited to Immigration, Emirates ID, Medical tests, DLD, MOFA, banks, insurance, attestations, courier, and PRO services) are strictly non-refundable once paid.
- Approval, rejection, delay, or any outcome of an application is outside the control of FYNiX and does not entitle the client to a refund.
- Any changes requested by the client after work has commenced may result in additional fees, as determined by FYNiX.
Final Authority
- All refund-related decisions, including eligibility, amount, timing, or denial, are made solely by FYNiX and are final.
- FYNiX reserves the right to interpret, amend, or apply this policy at its sole discretion, subject to applicable laws.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–14 working days by FYNiX.
- Refunds are generally issued via the original mode of payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Refunds from Government authorities (if approved) are subject to the authority’s own rules and timelines. Such refunds may involve mandatory deductions and typically take 2–4 weeks, or longer as determined by the relevant authority.
- FYNiX is not responsible for delays or deductions imposed by Government authorities or third parties.
Important Note
This policy serves as a general guideline. In the event of any conflict, the terms mentioned in the signed service agreement, proposal, invoice, or official communication issued by FYNiX shall prevail.
